This hotel is accually 2 star hotel and rooms where dirty and there was not any enough towel and paper in bath room and in bath room there was no place to put shampo then i must put it in the floor and the location was so so bad tl.

Very clean ,literally all the staff were amazing very friendly , room view is the best , 24/7 support . Food was stunning well done guys I will definitely come again when I visit Jeddah .

The room and bathroom were recently renewed, really good looking. Note: not all rooms are renewed, the hotel still have the old ones. Room and bathroom were clean. Tea filter, water. Spacy parking place.

The location was good, as it was near to the main SAPCO bus station, as well as walking distance to the old area of Al Balad. Staff were very helpful and polite and did their best to sort out our issues (not enough towels, tv signal not working, not enough cups for tea, etc), as quickly as they could. The hotel felt very quiet, which was possibly why the facilities were not all in action.

nothing,ill-mannered and rude staff particularly at reception,very badly manged hotel,too many maintainance issues,no one cleans the rooms even if you request for cleaning,if you talk in english reception staff makes fun of you no manager or supervisors available to discuss and solve your problems my strong suggestion to all foreigners avoid this hotel not worth at all
